Ally McCoist dances for Rangers heroes as Europa League finalists spot icon Feeling It on the gantry

Rangers icon Ally McCoist has been saluted by Rangers stars following their stunning 3-1 triumph over Leipzig in a hilarious moment on a joyous night for the Ibrox club.

Gio van Bronckhorst 's heroes enjoyed a lap of honour within the Govan ground and a host of stars – including Allan McGregor and Borna Barisic – spotted the club's record goalscorer dancing on the BT Sport gantry.

McCoist was emotional on a night of drama and he danced in delight when he spotted the stars of 2022 who are heading to the Europa League Final.

It was a perfect moment for the club's former manager who has watched the current crop go from strength to strength.

Rangers manager van Bronckhorst was also loving it as he chanted the Blue Sea of Ibrox and jigged in joy in front of his adoring public.

It was an emotional evening as James Tavernier paid tribute to the late Jimmy Bell in the first match since the kitman's passing.

Veteran keeper Allan McGregor - who missed the UEFA Cup Final in 2008 - was joyous and soaked up a thrilling roar that met players following their epic win.

Goals from James Tavernier, Glen Kamara and John Lundstram booked the Ibrox side's place in the Final where they will face Eintracht Frankfurt.
