Ally McCoist and his hilarious Rangers pre-match routine revealed as former dressing room DJ Lewis Macleod recalls boss request

Former Rangers midfielder Lewis Macleod has revealed Ally McCoist used to warm-up for games to Gangnam Style during his time as boss.

McCoist kick-started the club's climb back through the divisions and handed Macleod his first-team opportunities in the lower leagues.

Despite working under a Rangers legend, Macleod admits he was never intimidated by the manager as he took a light-hearted outlook into the dressing room before games.

The 27-year-old, who was appointed dressing room DJ as a teenager, stated McCoist and his coaching team had a very specific request before games.

Speaking to Open Goal, Macleod was asked how McCoist was with him: "Brilliant mate, hilarious.
