Fortnite island is home to some of the most bizarre and mysterious things. The map changes are pretty much constant and there are a ton of things players can do and explore.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 has several giant vaults that contain multiple high tier loot items which can prove useful during fights. Vaults aren’t a new thing in the game and Epic Games has introduced quite a lot of them over the span of three Chapters.

All Vaults consist of a treasure room hidden behind indestructible walls. When the entry conditions are met, the Vault door will open, allowing players access to useful loot.

Currently, there are a total of eight vault locations in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 and almost every one of them is located at Seven Outposts, except one which is over at Command Cavern.

To open a vault in Fortnite you will need another player. This is quite an easy thing to achieve and can be done in either Duos, Trio or Squad mode as your teammates can help you out. You can also hire an NPC to help you open a vault.
