Alisson admits hungry Liverpool "not satisfied" and explains quadruple fitness plan

When it comes to Liverpool’s reluctance to talk about the holy grail of the quadruple, then Alisson clearly didn’t get the memo.

With every step closer to achieving a feat which has never been done before in football history, it appeared that Reds boss Jurgen Klopp instructed his side to talk less and less about the possibility of following up their Carabao Cup win with three more trophies.

Yet it appears Alisson wasn’t listening to that particular message. Because the Brazilian was not just ready to talk about winning four trophies, he was also happy to reveal the planning which has gone into such an audacious bid.

It was Liverpool ’s dream from the start, he explained, and now they are within touching distance, the aim is simple: “Win Everything!” Speaking ahead of the Champions League showdown with Benfica, where Klopp’s side are so close to a semi final place - and another step towards that ‘impossible’ quadruple, he said: “We have the targets which is achieving all the finals, playing all the games – as many games as it's possible for us in the season – so we want to win everything. We are ready for that.

“We are in a big club and a big club wants to do great things, wants to achieve great goals. In the beginning of the season you start to dream already, you set the targets and prepare yourself for the whole season. The targets are high and our main focus is to win any title that is in front of us, every challenge that is in front of us, so it is something which is already in our minds and we will fight for every challenge which is in front of us now.”
