Alexander Isak has refused to rule out a summer exit from Real Sociedad amid links with Arsenal.
The Swedish forward has performed impressively in LaLiga over recent seasons and attracted plenty of attention.
The Gunners were in the market for a new striker throughout the January transfer market.
They looked to Isak when their hopes of signing Dusan Vlahovic fell through once Juventus won the race for his signature.
The Sociedad star found himself in London as deadline day approached which fuelled speculation of a move to the Emirates.
Isak, who has scored eight times this term and notched double figures in each of the previous two seasons, refused to address the rumour mill when questioned.
He told Mundo Deportivo: "I am not talking about other clubs.
"I am a Real player, I work here and this is my club. My work is on the pitch, and as I told you before, there are other people who work outside."
Arsenal, despite their rebuild phase, would be an attractive proposition for Isak.
With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang leaving on a free for Barcelona on deadline day the Gunners are light in attack.
Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are both out of contract in the summer which leads to suggestions Arsenal could renew their interest in Isak in a matter of months.
Sociedad were unwilling to entertain offers
