Aldi shoppers are going wild for the supermarket's new Whispering Angel dupe

Aldi has long impressed shoppers with its exciting range of products, from tasty food and budget-friendly buys to the treasure trove that's their famed middle aisle. But Aldi also knows how to nail a good dupe, offering affordable alternatives to high-end products from brands such as Rare Beauty, Dior, and YSL in skincareand they don't stop there.

Their beauty section boasts an array of imitations inspired by names like Ouai and The Ordinary, as well as borrowing a leaf out of Rihanna's Fenty makeup playbook. Now the supermarket powerhouse is making waves in the wine aisle by introducing its own version of the much-lavished-over boujee blush wine, Whispering Angel a summer staple for anyone who fancies a posh glass of rose, including songstress Adele.

With its rise to fame, Whispering Angel has been heralded as a driving force behind the renaissance of the rose category. Yet for those enthusiasts not inclined towards splashing out upwards of £20 per bottle, the quest for a convincing substitute can be trying. Fortunately, not all dupes miss the mark.

One such stand-out is Aldi's Chassaux Et Fils Atlantique Rose retailing at a mere £6.49. It's so on point that it often flies off the shelves. Social media influencer Lucy Hitchcock of Partner in Wine UK sampled the rose and shared her verdict with followers on Instagram: "If you're a fan of Whispering Angel you need to know about this dupe. The Chassaux Et Fils Atlantique Rose."
