Airdrie signing has 'the right attributes' to handle Championship step up, says former boss

East Kilbride boss Mick Kennedy reckons Dylan MacDonald has the 'right attributes' to make an impact at Airdrieonians after the defender joined the Diamonds last week.

The 20-year-old right-back penned a two-year deal and having worked closely with MacDonald over the course of the last year on the way to winning the Lowland League title, Kennedy believes the youngster - who was on the books at Premiership St Mirren before joining his local side in July 2022 - will be able to handle the step up from tier five to two in the pyramid.
