AEW: Shane "Swerve" Strickland is ALL ELITE.
Last night’s AEW Revolution Pay-Per-View event saw another huge name in professional wrestling step through the forbidden door and officially sign a contract to become ALL ELITE.
After the conclusion of The Face Of The Revolution ladder match, the AEW fans were graced by the appearance of Tony Schiavone who had transitioned from the commentary table over to the stage. It is evident that previously whenever Schiavone tends to do this it means something huge is about to happen and this trend wasn’t changing anytime soon as this was big.
Schiavone in the process of making this announcement touched on the fact that he did the exact same thing last year when it was announced that Christian Cage was going to officially be ALL ELITE.
However, this year one of the hottest free agents in professional wrestling who is in the performative years of his career Shane “Swerve” Strickland was officially going to be ALL ELITE. Swerve is a huge talent who has won 13 championships over 11 wrestling promotions and it seems he isn’t going to slow down any time soon, making his intentions clear that AEW is Swerve’s House.
Tony Khan made it official welcoming Swerve to the AEW family with open arms:
It appears that Swerve is going to follow suit with other AEW talent as he could be working a very similar schedule considering he has been announced for April 1st’s ROH Supercard Of Honour event where he will take on Alex Zayne.
