AEW: FTR teases Tully Blanchard replacement

This past Wednesday on AEW Dynamite FTR and Tully Blanchard went their separate ways after a dispute in a backstage promo. However, it may seem as if they have his replacement already lined up.

Together, FTR and Blanchard had a successful history with FTR demonstrating why they are one of the best tag teams in the world, capturing the AEW and AAA Tag Titles under his assistance.

However, a rocky couple of months ultimately led to FTR firing Blanchard.It was hinted, via social media that FTR could already have a replacement lined up for the void left by Blanchard’s departure.

This being none other than Brett “The Hitman” Hart.

Dax of FTR took to Twitter recently with the message that read:

This isn’t the first time Brett has been associated with AEW as Brett was the man that revealed the AEW World Championship on AEW’s inaugural show Double Or Nothing back in 2019.

FTR have made it clear in the past that without Brett there is no FTR. Even demonstrating and being public about the fact that Brett Hart is his and Cash Wheeler’s role model. It’s clear the vision Harwood has for the future of FTR.

At the moment all is up in the air and seems like this is just a rumour that Brett will align with FTR but never say never as AEW is known to have pulled off the impossible before.
