AEW Double Or Nothing 2022 full results

AEW returned to Las Vegas for the fourth instalment of the highly anticipated Double Or Nothing Pay-Per-View. The event featured four title matches, both Owen Hart Cup Finals and so much more.

Plus there was a huge title change.

Spoiler Alert! Here are the results for the full event below courtesy of GiveMeSport.

HOOK and Danhausen def Tony Nese and Smart Mark Sterling – Buy-In

Double Or Nothing kicked off with the tag team debut of unlikely allies HOOK and Danhausen as they took on Tony Nese and Smart Mark Sterling.

Both teams showcased great offence throughout the match with Nese and HOOK looking the stronger competitors for both teams. However, HOOK would get the upper hand and just as it looked like he was going to hit a series of devastating elbows he tagged in Danhausen who picked up the pinfall victory.

This makes HOOK and Danhausen undefeated in tag team competition.

Winners: HOOK and Danhausen

Wardlow def MJF-

The show kicked off with a bang as MJF took to the ring, putting rumours to a bed of him not being at Double Or Nothing after not showing up at the Fan Fest event prior.

Wardlow was escorted to the ring by security, soaking in the symphony of Wardlow chants echoing the T-Mobile Arena.

The match began with MJF using his speed to evade the powerhouse at all costs, even countering a few powerbomb attempts with smart yet dirty tactics.

However, a failed attempt to use the Dynamite Diamond Ring saw MJF fall victim to 10 spine-crushing powerbombs that allowed Wardlow to pick up the victory in dominant fashion and finally be free of MJF’s contract.

Post-match saw Tony Schiavone officially announce that Wardlow was now officially ALL ELITE.

Winner: Wardlow
