AEW Rampage Results: Cargill retains as she reaches 30-0

Last night’s AEW Rampage featured a huge Owen Hart Foundation Tournament qualifying match between Adam Cole and NJPW’s Tomohiro Ishii.

Also, the TBS Championship was on the line in the main event as Jade Cargill put the title on the line against the also undefeated Marina Shafir.

Adam Cole def Tomohiro Ishii – Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Qualifier.

Adam Cole stated on Dynamite that numerous members of the Undisputed Elite will be in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, with Cole looking to join Kyle O’Reilly in the bracket.

Cole came out confident but this was soon diminished by a series of vicious chops from Ishii.

The momentum would shift in the favour of Cole as he drops Ishii with a kneecap brainbuster.

As the match progressed, both men would continue the punishment with Ishii gaining the advantage after clocking Adam Cole with a huge lariat.

However, the interference of Bullet Club’s Jay White caused a distraction that allowed Cole to hit a low blow and finish Ishii with the BOOM to pick up the victory and cement his place in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.

Lance Archer def Serpentico-

Archer was out to make a statement as he looks to his Dynamite match against Wardlow after becoming MJF’s insurance policy.

Serpentico hit Archer with a tope suicida before the bell rang which didn’t affect Archer.Archer would dominate the bout from start to finish,he would make quick work of Serpentico with a Blackout to wrap up the victory before dropping him with a series of chokeslams after the bell.

Eddie Kingston def Daniel Garcia-
