Aaron Donald: LA Rams star shows dazzling quick feet during training camp drill

Los Angeles Rams star Aaron Donald has shown off his incredibly quick feet as he gets ready for the 2022 NFL season. 

This year is going to be something of a strange one for Aaron Donald, as after becoming one of the elite defenders in the National Football League, not just in this current generation but all time alongside the likes of Lawrence Taylor and Deion Sanders, there isn’t a lot left for him to achieve. 

With 441 combined tackles, 226 QB hits, 150 tackles for loss and 98 sacks which turned into 8 Pro Bowl appearances, 7 First-team All-Pro honours and 3 NFL Defensive Player of the Year awards, all that was missing for him during his time in the league was a Super Bowl ring to really cement his place among the all-time greats.

And after the Los Angeles Rams defeated the Cincinnati Bengals in the Super Bowl last year, that final hurdle has been cleared and he could arguably retire tomorrow and still be able to put up a convincing case that he is the greatest defensive tackle of all time. 

And whilst retirement was reportedly an option for Donald this summer, that never came to pass as he signed a new contract with the team that keeps him with the team for both this season as well as 2023 with the option to come back in 2024. 

But for now, the focus is on this season where he can help take his teammates and franchise to greater heights if they were to win the Super Bowl in back-to-back seasons, the first team to do it since the New Enland Patriots sides of 2003 and 2004.
