'A screaming teenager ruined a long-haul flight for me so I got my revenge'

Long-haul flights have their challenges, from getting comfortable in your seat, to making sure you manage to get some rest.

Like any form of public transport, who you're sat with can determine how peaceful the journey is. When you're about to be sat in a confined space with strangers for 11 hours, like one Reddit user was, you're hoping for the best.

No-one wants to be sat behind someone who is loud and fidgeting in their chair, to the point that is wakes you up during your attempted slumber. Let's face it, it's hard enough to fall asleep on a plane anyway.

Unfortunately, one passenger, a teenager herself, had to endure this nightmare situation during an overnight trip. After 11 hours of pain and discomfort, since the troublemaker kept elbowing his neighbour, the fed-up passenger decided enough was enough.

So she concocted her revenge - one that made sure the noisy flyer remained silent for the rest of the time onboard, reports the Mirror. Delighted by the outcome, the teen took to Reddit to share how she 'terrified' the 'entitled' passenger.

Explaining that she was seated among exchange students on the flight, as her aunt worked for the company and secured her a discounted ticket, the 19-year-old wrote: "I was in an aisle seat in the middle row of the plane, and probably the only non-camper of that section. Seated directly in front of me was a teenage boy. He was one of the campers, and at most 16 years old. I never learned his name, but let's call him Kevin.
