£60m Spurs target Paratici loves told to make career-defining decision

Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez has a decision to make this summer as he continues to be linked with a move to Tottenham, says transfer insider Dean Jones.

The 24-year-old reportedly came close to joining the north London club last August, and Jones is waiting to see if they can finally get the job done in the next window.

Martinez, of course, also played under Antonio Conte when the Italian was at Inter. That relationship may be something the Spurs boss wants to rekindle.
