From gazebos to fisticuffs, there is rarely a dull moment when Scottish Premiership clubs hold their annual meetings for shareholders.

When club chairmen and directors take the top table there is usually plenty of theatre as they take centre stage. Celtic held their own meeting on Wednesday and Peter Lawwell couldn't resist the chance of (another) dig at fierce rivals Rangers as the Parkhead supremo came away with a one-liner about the Ibrox side's long run without conceding a penalty in the league, claiming a John Greig handball was the last time a spot kick was awarded against them.

And they can be feisty affairs with former Rangers boss Mark Warburton saying ahead of his first one: "I understand why these meetings have been hostile in the past. Hopefully nothing will be thrown.
