3 soon-to-be free agents that AFC Bournemouth should consider this summer

Championship outfit AFC Bournemouth are closing in on a return to the Premier League at the second time of asking following a promising season under the stewardship of Scott Parker.

Last season may have been disappointing – but they have recovered from that well and the loss of previous star man Arnaut Danjuma by starting the campaign well and remaining reasonably consistent after that.

The top-two race certainly isn’t over yet though and whilst they are still vulnerable mathematically, Parker and his men will be looking to keep their heads down as they look to mount one last push to get themselves over the line.

However, this isn’t an excuse for planning off the pitch not to be happening though, with those behind the scenes needing to devise two transfer plans as they look to prepare for football both in the top flight and second tier next season.

They look set to be competing in the former next season and in their quest to remain afloat in the top tier for the long term, putting in the preparation work now will be especially important in this quest with the club needing to secure value for money on the players they recruit when the next transfer window opens.
