2 Hull City players who could and maybe should be loaned out this summer

Hull City did not have a season as successful as they would’ve hoped for after finishing the year sat 19th in the league. 

Losing the majority of their games, the Tigers will have to look towards the new season with the intention of being much improved.

However, having been taken over now, Shota Arveladze will be hoping he can get the backing he needs this summer to improve his team sufficiently.

The window is not just about bringing names in though and the Hull boss will also be looking at those players who may benefit from a move away.

With that in mind, here we take a look at two Hull players who could and possibly would benefit from being loaned out for next season.

There is no doubting that Cartwright is a bright spark for Hull and having made his U20 England debut this season too, he looks to be on a road to success.

However, at only 20-years-old he is still not the number one at Hull and played just two games this season and since Matt Ingram has just signed a new contract with the club, he looks unlikely to be next season.

Therefore, a loan could be beneficial to the young goalkeeper if he was sent somewhere he could play regular first team football and improve his in game experience at a good level.

This would mean he could come back to Hull next season with the ability to compete for the number one spot.

The player has spoken about the possibility of a loan move himself and seems to be willing to go out on loan if it’s the right move and it definitely seems like something that could aid his development.
