2 Fulham team dilemmas facing Marco Silva ahead of Cardiff City clash

Fulham will be looking to increase their 11 point cushion inside the automatic promotion places when they travel to Cardiff City this afternoon.

All eyes will be on Aleksandar Mitrovic and his pursuit of Guy Whittingham’s record of 42 goals in the second tier, with a 46-game format, although Cardiff come into the match on some good form of their own.

The Bluebirds are unbeaten in four at the Cardiff City Stadium, winning three in that run, and have surprised Coventry City and Nottingham Forest in that time.

Here, we have taken a look at two team selection dilemmas Marco Silva may have ahead of the trip to South Wales…

Harry Wilson or Bobby Decordova-Reid

With Neeskens Kebano expected to keep his place off the left flank, Silva has a very nice headache in who to choose on the other side with Wilson and Reid two players very capable of playing above Championship level.

Wilson has been more prolific in terms of his goal contributions this season, but for overall impact on a game and certainly his defensive work rate and selfless running, Decordova-Reid makes a compelling case to earn the start.
