Manchester is a big place with plenty of things to see and do - and there are many experiences that are totally unique to the city. Last week, the M.E.N came up with a list of 40 things people in Manchester have done at least once after hearing from locals on Reddit and asking members of the Greater Manchester History, Memories And People Facebook group.

Pudding and chips, 'cruckling', and moaning about the weather all made last week's list. And, in response to the article, Facebook users added their own comments on what they thought should make the cut - and the answers did not disappoint.

Some of the comments were very popular, such as the stress of realising your train from Manchester Piccadilly is departing from Platform 14, which received 191 reactions. Here, we've pulled 17 more suggestions of things people in Manchester have done at least once at some point in their lives.
