A busy road in Cardiff was closed due to a vehicle fire. South Wales Police confirmed that they were at the scene of a vehicle fire on the A4232 northbound at Culverhouse Cross.

M4 sees long delays near Newport
There was heavy congestion on the M4 in Newport on Thursday afternoon. There were delays on the Brynglas Tunnels westbound carriageway before Junction 26 A4051 (Malpas Road), traffic monitoring service Inrix said.
