PARIS :American Ryan Crouser became the first man to "three-peat" in the Olympic shot put on Saturday, adding another gold medal to his packed trophy cabinet with a mighty throw of 22.90 metres.
Three-Time African champion, Chukwuebuka Enekwechi, should have no problem qualifying for his second straight Olympic shot put final when the event starts today, at the Stade de France in Paris, reports sportsnow.com.ng.

Paris-bound Canadian shot putter Sarah Mitton fell short of her third straight win on Saturday, losing by just 0.18 metres at the Harry Jerome Classic in Burnaby, B.C.
