Those approved for access - residents, tourists with bookings, and workers such as waiters, locksmiths or nurses - will then receive a QR code that must be presented to the police in order to access the zone. "We will prevent anyone who is suspected of being radicalised for example of entering in this perimeter," Darmanin added. The registration website will be live from May 10, Darmanin said.
