This Tuesday, the organisers of the Paris 2024 Olympics have unveiled the routes for the road cycling events.

NOGARO, France : The road races at the Paris 2024 Olympics will go up the iconic Butte Montmartre and will have the longest routes in the Games' history, organisers revealed on Tuesday.
Jasper Philipsen doubled up with victory on stage four of the Tour de France as Mark Cavendish came home in fifth place.

Fabio Jakobsen (Soudal Quick-Step) has slammed the «stupid» Tour de France Stage 3 finish that he felt created a «dangerous» situation for the sprinters. Jakobsen and his team — having been at the front going into the last 2km — were edged out in the finale by Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Deceuninck). Ad And Jakobsen didn't spare Alpecin from his criticism either, despite admitting that he could see why they rode how they did.
