Police have issued an appeal after a pair of teenagers brutally attacked and robbed two men outside the same Tesco in Wigan. The first attack happened at around 1.40pm on Tuesday, March 29, police said. A 72-year-old man was withdrawing cash from an ATM outside the shop on Central Park Way.
