Virat Kohli and 'that boy' at the other end: Punit Bisht recalls emotional stand with old buddy

Bisht entered the dressing room on the third day of Delhi's Ranji Trophy match against Karnataka back in 2006, there was deafening silence all round and sitting in a corner was a 17-year-old Virat Kohli, eyes all welled up. Bisht, then all of 19, was taken aback by the sight. The look on Kohli's face was enough to tell him that India's future captain, who was still a boy at that time, was trying to battle a storm inside.

In the second innings, O'Keefe had castled Virat Kohli after the former India skipper left a delivery, which came back with the angle knocked over his off-stump. O'Keefe has recalled dismissing Kohli in the Pune Test, labelling it as the "most memorable" wicket of his international career.

Ex-India skipper Virat Kohli posted a short video on Twitter where he could be seen flexing his muscles during a shoot. The video was captioned "#BTS" as it portrayed the behind the scenes of a shoot that involved Kohli. The video also featured some special effects while Virat focused on the lights and camera in front of him. Kohli wasn't a part of the recently concluded T20I series win against Sri Lanka and was handed a well-needed break ahead of the two-match Test series against the same opponents beginning March 4.
