SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS, Belgium: Formula One championship leader Max Verstappen lapped in a league of his own in Belgian Grand Prix qualifying on Saturday (Aug 27) but Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz took pole position after penalties reshuffled the grid.
