The Alpine driver, who was already given a five-second penalty during the race for clashing with Pierre Gasly, had dropped to ninth in the provisional race results behind team-mate Esteban Ocon, but picked up an additional five-second penalty for leaving the track and gaining a lasting advantage at Turn 14.
Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner has reacted to rumours linking Fernando Alonso with a switch to his team, and suggested that it’s not going to happen.

Red Bull and Ferrari continue the battle in Miami
Sergio Perez topped the times for Red Bull ahead of championship leader Charles Leclerc in Saturday's final free practice ahead of Sunday's inaugural Miami Grand Prix. In hot, but changing conditions, the 32-year-old Mexican clocked a best lap in one minute and 30.304 seconds to outpace Ferrari's Leclerc by 0.194, with his Red Bull team-mate and defending world champion Max Verstappen third, three-tenths adrift.
