The International Cricket Council (ICC) has decided to cancel the planned trophy tour of the Champions Trophy 2025 in Skardu, Murree, and Muzaffarabad - areas that fall within Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). The decision comes after objections from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) regarding the tour itinerary shared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). A nationwide trophy tour was announced by the PCB from November 16 to 24. However, ICC has decided to leave the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) areas out of the tour. This decision came amid the ongoing controversy surrounding India's participation in the Champions Trophy after ICC informed the PCB that India will not be travelling to Pakistan for the matches.

Indian cricket team batter Sarfaraz Khan struggled massively during the practice session at Perth ahead of the first Test match against Australia, starting November 22, according to a report by The West Australian.
