Yan Dhanda to Hearts transfer interest is REAL but Ross County deal has patience test caveat

Yan Dhanda to Hearts is a live prospect - but Steven Naismith may need to wait for the Ross County playmaker. The former Liverpool prospect has shone for the Staggies since Malky Mackay brought him to the Premiership in the summer of 2022.

Tynecastle punters have already had a glimpse of the magic Dhanda can provide after a free-kick screamer against the Jambos in a 2-2 draw in Gorgie before the Christmas break.

Social media rumours had suggested capital intersect and now it has been claimed by the Edinburgh Evening News that the attacking midfielder "is on Hearts' radar" but it isn't a deal that is likely to take place this month.

The report goes on to state "They are looking at a pre-contract agreement ahead of the 2024/25 campaign." Chances of him leaving this window "looks slim" as County are keen to have him around for their fight to stay in the division.
