The Iowa women's college basketball superstar netted her 3,000th career point on Wednesday night in the Hawkeyes' 67-58 win over Iowa State on Wednesday night.
She scored 35 on the night, but her 3,000th put her in never-before-seen territory. She's the first NCAA basketball player, man or woman, to score 3,000 points while recording 750 rebounds and 750 assists. She is now 515 points away from becoming the all-time leading scorer among women - Kelsey Plum had 3,527 during her four years at Washington from 2013 to 2017.
