Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has accused his players of 'not doing the work' in some games so far this season. The Reds have had a tough start to the campaign, and currently sit eighth in the Premier League table with 18 points from 11 games, while their Champions League hopes still hang in the balance with the team currently third in Group A.
Ten Hag is hoping things improve in the Champions League when his side faces FC Copenhagen on Wednesday night, although he is well aware there is still work to do in order to have a successful season.
Last year's successes already seem like a distant memory after Ten Hag guided the Reds back into the Champions League as well as ending the club's trophy drought by sealing the Carabao Cup. Ten Hag has now issued a rallying cry to his players - insisting they must work hard if they are to get any good results going forward.
