Kansas City Chiefs became the talk of the town after they thrashed the San Francisco 49ers to win their third NFL championship in five seasons.

The main hero of the Chiefs' win was Patrick Mahomes, who gave a marvellous performance and guided the team to victory in overtime with a scoreline of 25-22.

The win makes Kansas City the first team to win back-to-back Lombardi Trophies in two decades, cementing the franchise's right to be regarded as the NFL's latest dynasty.

Another thing which grabbed a lot of limelight was the presence of pop icon Taylor Swift, who was there to support her boyfriend and Kansas star, Travis Kelce.
