Tyson Fury has downplayed the impact Mike Tyson will have on Francis Ngannou ahead of their bout in Saudi Arabia next month.
Fury has agreed to take on Ngannou in a crossover contest, placing his undefeated record on the line against the MMA star. Ngannou has employed the help of Mike Tyson ahead of the fight in the hope of using the former world champion's insight to defeat the current WBC title holder.
There have been some claims that Iron Mike would be able to provide a knockout edge for Ngannou, with former four-weight world champion Roy Jones Jr.
predicting he would turn the 36-year-old into a 'wrecking machine'. However, despite admitting his admiration for the American legend, Fury dismissed any claims his impact could lead to a knockout defeat.
