Todd Cantwell puts Rangers slaying of PSV 'in the past' as he chases different kind of Champions League dream

Todd Cantwell insists Rangers will pay no attention to their heroics in Holland last year. It was Gio Van Bronckhorst's team that knocked PSV Eindhoven out of the Champions League play-off round last August in a real smash and grab in the Dutch city.

It's a feat Michael Beale and his new Rangers cohort will want to repeat, with a 2-2 at Ibrox last week setting up a tantalising do-or-die clash on Wednesday.

And while now popular midfielder Cantwell wasn't part of last season's journey in Europe's elite competition, the 25-year-old is assuring everyone that there's no talk within the away dressing room about what came before.

The Englishman has become integral to Beale's plans and will no doubt be thinking about the first Old Firm derby of the season against rivals Celtic on Sunday.
