Rochelle Humes has been forced to address her 'perfect life' again after being quizzed by fans. The This Morning star opened up her direct messages on social media in order to have a little Q&A session with her loyal followers.

She was asked many questions about everything from her new-ish hair transformation to her births with her three children. But one of Rochelle's followers' questions appeared to strike a chord with the star, so much so she was quick to respond about how she deals with difficult times away from the likes of Instagram.

The follower wrote: "Your life seems perfect. Do you get down days?" Rochelle, 34, responded with a black and white photo of her snuggling into her eldest daughter, Alai Mai, who she shares with her husband Marvin Humes. "Yes OF COURSE I do," she started the reply in a typed-out message on her Instagram Story. I focus on things that I know pick me up - spend time with my loved ones, work out, go for a walk. I'm the sort of person that if I'm feeling in a particular place I have to get through it then I can talk about it openly after the face. "I'd discuss it with my mum/husband/best friends in the moment but I wouldn't share it with the world.
