A man was caught with a kilogram of cocaine in his car after police spotted him driving 'erratically'. Alan Nisbet, 36, was a courier for a drugs gang that shipped more than seven million pounds of Class A and B drugs around Greater Manchester.
He was jailed for seven years at Manchester Crown Court yesterday (Wednesday) after pleading guilty to a string of drug offences.
Nisbet was stopped by police after officers noticed him 'driving in an erratic manner' through Salford on December 18 of last year.

A mobile phone was also recovered from the car and showed that Nisbet had been working as a courier in the wholesale supply of Class A and Class B drugs in the region.
