Paul Scholes says Rasmus Hojlund must concentrate on his finishing if he is to break his Premier League duck. The Dane has failed to score in 13 league outings, although has five in the Champions League.
With United now out of Europe, Hojlund will be tasked with getting goals in the league and FA Cup. The attacker had United’s best chance of the game in Sunday’s 0-0 draw with Liverpool, managing to fire in a shot at Alisson from inside the area during the second half.
He failed to get the ball past the Liverpool goalkeeper, though, and so his wait for a Premier League goal continues. Hojlund had the best chance of the game and didn’t score it. “We know he hasn’t got a Premier League goal yet and he needs to tidy up that finishing side of his game.
