Neighbours left stunned after men caught on camera carrying out 'strange' thefts on Greater Manchester street

Neighbours are appealing for information after two men were caught on camera ‘stealing’ hanging flower baskets in Trafford. In footage shared with the Manchester Evening News, two men can be seen walking down Stamford Street in Old Trafford at around 9.10pm, before they split off.

One man can be seen walking into a front garden, before spending around 30 seconds removing the hanging basket from outside the house.

It was later discovered that another neighbour had been targeted by the other man. Neither of the men were known to either neighbours.

The footage has since been shared on Facebook with the hope of raising awareness of the bizarre behaviour.
