Delighted Norway hero Moi Elyounoussi has confessed he "expected" to score at Hampden after the former Celtic star put a dampener on Scotland's Euro 2024 party.
The winger came off the bench to nod in a late leveller to deny Steve Clarke's side a victory in Mount Florida before they jet off to Germany, and it only adds to Elyounoussi's happy memories of the national stadium having lifted both the League Cup and Scottish Cup during his two-year spell in Glasgow's east end.
Despite his second season at Parkhead ending without silverware during a nightmare back in 2021 before the end of his Southampton loan spell, he still remembers his Celtic spell fondly.
And he insists that his spell in the Scottish Premiership left him convinced that he would find the net at Hampden - as he turned spoiler for Scotland's heroes.
