Rangers are reportedly on the brink of their second signing of January with the capture of Nordsjaelland midfielder Mohamed Diomande.
Multiple reports in Denmark state the Ivory Coast U23 international has exited the Danish side's training camp in America and will undergo a medical with the Ibrox side.
Rangers boss Philippe Clement has stressed the need for new recruits and Diomande appears set to join Wolves loanee Fabio Silva at Ibrox.
Diomande – linked with Union Berlin and RB Leipzig over the past six months – can play in multiple positions across the middle but often plays further up the pitch for a side who are currently fifth in the Danish Superliga.
