A McDonald's, KFC and casino in Salford could be demolished to make way for tower blocks. Imco Holdings has submitted plans to knock down the buildings at the Riverside Retail Park, which sits just off Regent Road in Ordsall, to pave way for a redevelopment.
Four blocks, between nine and 25 storeys, could be built where the Grosvenor Casino and two fast food restaurants currently stand, according to Place North West.
Developer Forshaw Land and Property’s branding appears on planning documents submitted to Salford Council on Wednesday (July 13).
