Matheus Nunes has impressed since arriving from Wolves on deadline day. He was the final Manchester City signing of the summer and he looks to be a shrewd one, having started nine times so far.
His transfer was partly fuelled by Kevin De Bruyne’s absence and he has addressed comparisons with the Belgian great in a chat with the Manchester Evening News.
He has also unpacked what has surprised him about Blues teammate Phil Foden. The academy product is currently in England training with four other City teammates, one of whom spent time away from the main squad earlier this week.
