Manchester United right-back Diogo Dalot has described Portugal's 4-0 win over the Czech Republic on Saturday evening as a "night to remember", after scoring twice to claim his first goals for his country.
The 23-year-old, who has quickly become a key figure in manager Erik ten Hag's thinking at Old Trafford, scored either side of half-time to help put Portugal on the cusp of qualifying for the finals of the Nations League.
They will require just a point from their final group game against Spain on Tuesday evening to secure their place in next June's semi-finals.
Dalot, who has started all six of United's Premier League fixtures so far this season, fired Portugal in front just past the half-hour mark, tapping in from the edge of the six-yard box, before netting his second and his side's third with a left-footed effort from distance.
