Manchester United returned to winning ways in dramatic circumstances on Saturday after beating Brentford 2-1. Erik ten Hag's side left it late at Old Trafford, having conceded a sloppy goal to Mathias Jensen in the first half.

They looked set for a seventh defeat of the season until Scott McTominay, on as a substitute in the 87th minute, levelled three minutes into added time.

And the Scotland international wasn't done, heading home in the 97th minute to hand United a crucial win and alleviate some of the pressure.
