Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed that striker Rasmus Hojlund is touch-and-go to be available for Sunday's trip to Goodison Park to face Everton.
The striker was forced off in the second half of United's 1-0 win over Luton Town prior to the international break with a muscle strain.
He was withdrawn with just over 10 minutes of regulation time left and went straight down the tunnel after consultation with the club's medical team.
As a result, the 20-year-old, who has scored five goals since joining United from Atalanta in August, was forced to pull out of the Denmark squad for their European Championship qualifiers against Slovenia and Northern Ireland.
