Manchester United can sign perfect Diogo Dalot alternative to repeat Erik ten Hag trick

Since Erik ten Hag was appointed the manager of Manchester United, a number of players have drastically improved. One of these players is Diogo Dalot, whose future at Old Trafford seemed in doubt under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looked in doubt, but now is a key starter for the team.

The issue is Dalot's contract runs out in 2023 and though the club hold an option to extend for further year, there is the possibility that the Portuguese full-back leaves in the future as a number of high-profile clubs are interested in his signature.

This means United need to have a plan B. Even if the 23-year-old stays, he is currently the only right-back that Ten Hag seems to be able to rely on.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka has only played for four minutes so far this campaign and many fans believe that his time in Manchester will soon come to an end.
