Malky Mackay in Rangers one liner as King Charles gives Ross County boss 'a few tactics' for showdown

King Charles has been telling Malky Mackay how to beat Rangers this weekend after a royal pep talk in the Highlands joked a smirking Ross County boss.

Mackay's men host Michael Beale's team in the Premiership's lunchtime kick-off this Saturday, sandwiched in between the Light Blues Champions League playoff first and second leg clashes with PSV.

Ross County are hoping they can take advantage of any tiredness in the visitor's legs after a hard earned 2-2 draw against the Dutch giants at ibrox on Tuesday night.

But Mackay joked he's been getting some tactical advice from an unlikely source ahead of the game. The reigning monarch was visiting the Highlands this week and Mackay was given the chance to meet his royal highness by County chairman Roy McGregor.
