Chelsea loanee Malang Sarr scored one of the strangest own goals of the season for Monaco on Thursday evening.

The 23-year-old was deemed surplus to requirements by Thomas Tuchel in the summer and moved to Monaco on a season-long loan.

The defender has been used sporadically by the French club to start the campaign but he was handed the opportunity to impress in their Europa League clash against Trabzonspor.

However, Sarr endured a disastrous night at Medical Park Stadyumu. Sarr played the full 90 minutes as Monaco were thrashed 4-0.
