Long delays and six-mile queues on M56 after crash

Long delays are building on a stretch of the M56 this morning after a crash. One lane has been shut off on the eastbound carriageway between junction four and junction three near Wythenshawe.

Emergency services are on the scene. Traffic is currently queuing for around six miles up to the closure, according to the National Highways.
