Fire crews and police officers are responding to a blaze at a restaurant in Chorlton. The fire has broken out at the Jerk Junction restaurant on Manchester Road.

Pictures and videos show multiple fire crews on the scene. The front of the Caribbean restaurant appears to have been left charred and blackened from the fire.

In social media posts, Jerk Junction said they would be shut until further notice. "Devastated, closed until further notice due unforeseen circumstances," they added. "Hopefully be back sooner rather than later.
